Terms and Conditions
To ensure clarity and transparency, we’ve outlined the following rules for the DAADU Diamond Club:
- Diamond Jewellery Only: The accumulated amount can only be used for the purchase of diamond jewellery. Contributions cannot be applied to any other products outside of our diamond collection.
- Eligibility: The scheme is open to all customers aged 18 and above.
- Duration: Members must complete the 12-month payment cycle to redeem products.
- Redemption: Members can only redeem the exact value of the jewellery once they have completed all 12 monthly instalments. If a product exceeds the total paid, the member must pay the difference in full at the time of purchase.
- Product Availability: While we strive to maintain stock availability, product choices will be subject to stock at the time of redemption. However, customers can choose to pre-order out-of-stock items, subject to additional waiting time.
- Fixed Prices: Jewellery prices will be determined based on the prevailing market rates at the time of purchase, ensuring a fair and transparent transaction.
- Non-Transferable Membership: Membership in the DAADU Diamond Club is strictly non-transferable. This means that your membership, along with any accrued savings, cannot be transferred or shared with another member.
- No Cash Refunds: There are no cash refunds at any point during or after the 12-month period. The accumulated amount must be used exclusively for purchasing diamond jewellery from DAADU Swiss Diamonds.
- Full Utilization of Deposit: If the jewellery you select costs less than the accumulated amount, any remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward. We recommend choosing pieces that fully utilize your deposit.
- Delivery of Purchases: All diamond jewellery purchases will be processed and delivered after the completion of your full payment cycle. You’ll receive your selected items at the end of the 12-month term.
- By Appointment Only: To ensure personalized attention, all consultations, jewellery selections, and related dealings will be conducted by appointment only.
- Buyback and Exchange: Members purchasing jewellery through this scheme will also benefit from our easy buyback and exchange policies, ensuring complete satisfaction with their purchase.
- Commitment: This is a 12-month non-cancellable plan. Once you join, you are committed to completing all payments.
- No Opt-Out: Early termination or opting out is not allowed under this scheme to maintain fairness to all members and ensure exclusive offers.
- Late Payments: Payments are due by the 5th of every month. You can make the payment anytime between the 1st and 5th. After the 5th, we reserve the right to charge a 2% penalty on the monthly instalment at our discretion.
