Buyers can cancel the order placed within 48 hours to avoid any cancellation charges. However, if you place a cancellation request after 48 hours of placing an order, a nominal cancellation fee, i.e., 10% of the total order value will apply.

In case of any order cancellation with customized designs or made-to-order jewellery, – an extra 5% will be charged to the entire order value. 

Refund of Payment: Any refunds will exclude the cancellation fees.
