Eligibility: We provide a very pleasant, smooth and economical exchange. You may exchange any product purchased from DAADU Swiss Diamonds provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Exchange Value: For all exchanges, 15% of the prevailing market rate of the metal (gold, platinum, etc.) and diamonds or other gemstones at the time of exchange used in the product will be deducted. The prevailing market rates are based on the current prices of these materials on the day the exchange is requested. The remaining value, after the deduction, can be used towards the purchase of another product.

Example: If you exchange a gold and diamond ring, the market rate for gold and diamonds on the exchange day will be assessed. After deducting 15% from the total value, the remaining balance will be applied to your new purchase.

Condition of the Product: The product must be in its original, unused condition without any alterations (e.g., diamond or gemstone replacements, resizing, damage). If the product is found to be tampered with or altered, it will not qualify for exchange.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanging products, and DAADU Swiss Diamonds will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit.
