The order will be accepted against the full payment of the total value of the order placed.
The order will be processed upon receipt of the full payment only.
The order will be delivered product wise, as per the order delivery status.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, subject to and depending on the availability of the product. Custom or made-to-order jewellery may take longer, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Extra time taken for any alteration or modification in the design, size or variation in quality of metal or diamond(s)/stone(s) will be informed prior to the order being processed.
